Professor i organisasjonspsykologi

Ivan T. Robertson er professor emeritus i arbeids- og organisasjonspsykologi ved UMIST. Han har publisert over tretti bøker innenfor sitt felt, og er en anerkjent ekspert innenfor feltet lederskap og utvikling. Han har omfattende erfaring fra oppdrag innen sentral offentlig forvaltning og det private næringsliv, der han har arbeidet med å implementere beste praksis.
   
Research interests
Professor Robertsons forskning dekker performance management, psykologisk velvære, lederutvikling, seleksjon og arbeidspsykologi.
